LeaseReader provides analytical services for commercial real estate documents leveraging large language model (LLM) technologies. These services are provided "as-is" without any warranty of accuracy. Customers are advised to independently verify the Service outputs.
Fees
LeaseReader reserves the right to charge fees for certain services provided. Customers will be informed of any applicable fees and must agree to pay all charges at the rates in effect when such charges are incurred. Fees are subject to change at LeaseReader's discretion. We will provide notice of any fee changes.

The Service may be provided in part through the use of third-party websites, applications, and services that are not owned or controlled by LeaseReader. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party sites. Use of third-party content is at your own risk.
